Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- High-volume periods may result in longer processing times.
- Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and—when applicable—a tracking number.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location, carrier service, and product availability.
Estimated delivery windows:
- Domestic: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
These estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Taxes
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
- Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
- Customers are responsible for all additional charges required by their country’s customs authorities.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information (when available) is emailed once your order ships.
Some carriers may require 1–3 business days to update tracking progress.
If tracking seems delayed or inactive, the package may still be moving through the carrier’s network.
Shipping Delays
24/7 Surprises is not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers,
- customs inspections,
- incorrect or incomplete delivery information,
- weather conditions, or
- events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses,
- missing apartment/unit numbers, or
- unclaimed deliveries.
If returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is not received:
- Check with household members, neighbours, or building management.
- Contact the local carrier for more details.
While we will assist where possible, 24/7 Surprises is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders or backorders, which will extend shipping timelines.
Estimated availability will be shown on applicable product pages.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately depending on availability.
International Shipping & Customs
International shipments may incur:
- customs duties,
- import taxes,
- handling fees, or
- additional regulatory charges.
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Customers are responsible for paying applicable charges upon arrival.
Customs-related delays are outside our control.
Items Damaged in Transit
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue, and
- clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will review your claim and provide instructions in line with our Refund Policy.
